Where are you located? 

We're based in Los Angeles and distribute in the Southern California area. Our warehouse is located in Bell, CA. We also have partnerships with distribution centers across the country to handle our clients outside of California. See our nationwide locations here

We have our own warehouse in Bell, CA with delivery trucks serving the Southern California area. Unisan also has national partners for warehousing and deliveries outside of Southern California.

 

Do you deliver directly to businesses or consumers?

Unisan distributes supplies to businesses in industrial manufacturing, education, hospitality, and many other industries. We do not distribute to consumers at this time.

 

Do you serve businesses outside Southern California?

Yes, Unisan serves businesses all over the country. As a distributor or wholesale supplier, we ship to anywhere in North America.

 

What if I need an item immediately or have unique requirements?

If you need something now or have unique requirements, simply contact a representative at (310) 410-5000 and they will be able to provide assistance. 

 

How do you handle returns or exchanges? 

Unisan stands by its products and guarantees customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as any defective merchandise that is not the result of misuse or neglect on behalf of the purchaser. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on any canceled orders.

 

What are your shipping methods and shipping policy?

We offer rush shipments through FedEx, UPS Air; Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day, or Freight Collect. Whatever your option, we will promptly take care of your needs. Learn more about our shipping policies here.
