LIMITED WARRANTY
Unisan follows the guidelines for all its manufacturer’s products and warrants its Clea and Unisan Branded products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of (60) days from date of purchase, provided the product was used under normal conditions and was used for its intended purpose. Warranty does not include wear and tear. In case of a damage or defect due to manufacturing, we will replace the item at no charge. It is required that Unisan receives digital images of manufacturing damages before replacement shipments will be processed.
The warranty is to the initial purchaser and is valid while they own the merchandise. Unisan will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any product defect.

Unisan will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect loss or damage arising out of any problem regarding the products.
RETURN POLICY
If you receive a damaged shipment from Unisan, we will replace the item at no additional charge. All shipping damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make every effort to replace the damaged piece with an equal piece in a timely manner. It is required, however, that Unisan receives digital images of the damage before replacement shipments will be processed.
If you receive a product with obvious damage seen from the outside of the box (e.g., a ripped or leaking package) you have the option to not accept the box from the shipper. Whenever signing for a package, you are stating you received it in good condition. Please inform your receiving department to inspect the shipment upon delivery.
If you receive an incorrect item or are missing items from your order, please contact Unisan immediately. The correct item will be shipped in a timely manner and arrangements will be made by us for the return of the incorrect product(s). Please note the missing items on the carrier’s signature form to have record of the missing items and contact us withing 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund if the product is in fully resaleable condition. All returns must have original packaging. All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Please note, custom/special orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable and may require a deposit to secure the order.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed before 3:00pm PST (Monday – Friday) for customers in the Greater Los Angeles Area will be delivered on the following business day. We deliver to Ventura County on Tuesdays, San Diego on Wednesdays, and Inland Empire on Thursdays. Rush deliveries for (same day service) can be requested for customers in the Greater Los Angeles Area and if an order is placed before 10:00am – a $95.00 rush fee will be added to the order.
Freight is added to orders based on weight and distance from our warehouse in Bell, CA. We will ship smaller orders via UPS, when applicable, and we’ll add the published shipping rate provided by UPS to the final invoice. For shipments out of the Southern California Area, freight is calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on shipment dimensions, special services needed, and destination.
